Amazing Location!
This three-bedroom boutique apartment has been fully renovated as of May 2024, so if you have stayed with us before, prepare to enjoy the new, two-story layout, high-end furnishings, brand-new kitchen, newly fitted living room fireplace, and 3.5 bathrooms!
Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline and only a 6-minute walk to Heavenly Village & Gondola, casinos, and restaurants. This is a large three-bedroom, 3.5-bath suite, part of a boutique 11-unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2024, this unit has an expansive kitchen, dining area, living room, and two bathrooms with walk-in rain showers downstairs. Upstairs you will find a powder room, 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a private sunroom overlooking the Stateline skyline. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (guests need subscription service/no cable). All TVs and Wi-Fi are connected to Gigabit cable. The enormous corner sofa can sleep two single guests on two ends (not a pull-out sofa). An additional air mattress can increase the apartment's occupancy to 10 guests. A pack n play, high-chair and toddler dishware are available for the smallest of guests.
NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy, and parties or events are prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.
*PETS ALLOWED: This unit allows a maximum of two pets, with a $75 pet fee per pet per stay. Pets must not be left unattended in the unit to prevent barking, and we ask that pets not be allowed on furniture.
Guest access
The unit is accessed off of Poplar St. and has direct access from the parking area. It has 2 assigned parking spots, space #1 and #12 (under a roof), and both spots have access to Tesla and J1772 EV chargers. Please bring your adaptor if needed. This unit is completely private, with its locked entries. The doors are all equipped with smart locks; a unique code will be generated and sent to you two days before your stay. There are two shared gas BBQs in the parking area.
Interaction
This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies.
Electric car charging (shared amenity)
Unit spots 1,2, and 3 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 4,5, and 6 share one J1772. Unit spots 7 and 8 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 9,10, and disability spots share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 12, 11, and 1 share one Tesla and one J1775 charger. We do not provide adapters if your vehicle does not match the charger you have available. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access. Should you require access to another charger type, please contact our hospitality team to coordinate access with other guests.
Neighborhood
Located within a 5-minute walk to the world-renowned Heavenly Village and Gondola, Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen, casinos, and only a 10-minute walk to Lakeside Beach (private, access fee required). This location is ideal for those working remotely (with Gigabit internet connectivity) while enjoying everything South Lake Tahoe offers.

The Stateline Transit Center and Heavenly Gondola are only 4 blocks away.
