The space
Amazing Location!
Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline and only a 6-minute walk to Heavenly Village & Gondola, casinos, and restaurants. This is a large 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath suite as part of a boutique 12-unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this unit comes with an expansive kitchen and dining area downstairs and a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. Upstairs you will find a powder room and 2 bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds and the other with a king bed. Past the bedrooms, you'll be greeted by a large living area that opens out to the sunroom which overlooks the Stateline skyline. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity.
NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above unit 12, please be aware of this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to be respectful of noise levels at all hours so as to not disturb downstairs guests.
NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.
*NO PETS ALLOWED: While other units in this complex are pet-friendly, this unit does not allow pets.
Guest access
The unit is accessed off of Poplar St. and has direct access from the parking area and has 1 assigned parking spot, space #1. This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay. There are 2 shared gas BBQs in the parking area.
Interaction
This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies:
Electric car charging (shared amenity)
Unit spots 1,2 and 3 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 4,5 and 6 share one J1775. Unit spots 7 and 8 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 9,10 and disability spot share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 12, 11, and 1 share one Tesla and one J1775 charger. We do not provide adapters if your vehicle does not match your available charger. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access. Should you require access to another charger type, please reach out to our hospitality team to coordinate access with other guests.
Neighborhood
Located within a 5-minute walk to the world-renowned Heavenly Village and Gondola, Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen, casinos, and only a 10-minute walk to Lakeside Beach (private, access fee required). This location is ideal for those working remotely (with Gigabit internet connectivity) while enjoying everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer.

The Stateline Transit Center and Heavenly Gondola are only 4 blocks away.

For security, there are cameras facing the parking lot.
