Amazing Location!
Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline within a stone's throw of Heavenly Village & Gondola, casinos and restaurants. This unit is part of a boutique 12-unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this unit combines 2 suites to offer 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1 full kitchen with dining room, an expansive living room with an attached sunroom and an additional kitchenette.
Unit #1 has a full kitchen and dining area downstairs along with a full bath with walk-in rain shower. Upstairs you will find a powder room and 2 bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds and the other with a king bed. Past the bedrooms, you'll be greeted by a large living area that opens out to the sun room which overlooks the Stateline skyline. The downstairs connects to #12 which is furnished with 2 queen beds, a full bath with walk-in shower and a kitchenette. Units are equipped with smart TVs and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity.
NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.
*PETS: ONLY 2 PETS ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A $50/per pet fee will apply and pets are not to be left unattended in your room. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $250 fine.
Guest access
The unit is accessed off of Poplar St. and has direct access from the parking area and has 2 assigned parking spots, space #1 and #12. This unit is completely private with it's own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay. There are 2 shared gas BBQ's in the parking area.

The neighborhood
Located within a 5 minute walk to the world renowned Heavenly Village and Gondola, Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen, casinos and only a 10 minute walk to Lakeside Beach (private, access fee required). This location is ideal for those working remotely (with Gigabit internet connectivity) while enjoying everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer.
Getting around
The Stateline Transit Center and Heavenly Gondola are only 4 blocks away.
